Weather permitting, on February 14, southbound U.S. Route 61 near Route K in Lincoln County will experience temporary lane reductions. The affected area extends from Cuivre Ford Road southward for about one mile. This measure is necessary for emergency environmental clean-up following a recent traffic incident. The work is scheduled to start at 9 a.m., with the lane expected to reopen within a few hours once the clean-up is completed.
