The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and St. Charles County are organizing an open house meeting to discuss the Route N Expansion Project. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the National Equestrian Center in Lake St Louis.
This project aims to address traffic growth, enhance safety, and plan for future development in the area. Attendees will have the opportunity to review conceptual layouts for unfunded future improvements and funded intersection signalization at Hopewell/Duello. They can also learn about the project's progress and timeline while providing input on proposed designs.
"The public’s input is crucial as we finalize plans to improve safety and reduce congestion along Route N," stated Andy Tuerck, MoDOT St. Charles County Area Engineer.
The meeting will be informal with no formal presentations; attendees can visit anytime during the session to view project details and speak with representatives from MoDOT, St. Charles County, and project consultants.
Access for people with disabilities is available at the venue. Those requiring special services should contact Senior Communications Specialist Jack Wang by February 26 at 314-453-1814 to make necessary arrangements.
