U.S. Senator Josh Hawley has expressed his dissatisfaction following reports that Endrina Bracho, an undocumented immigrant accused of causing the death of 12-year-old Travis Wolfe in a head-on collision last year, was released into Missouri without having to pay a monetary bond.

"I am told the criminal illegal alien who murdered 12-year-old Travis Wolfe of St. Charles has been released pending a future trial," said Senator Hawley. "This is a gross miscarriage of justice. She killed Travis one year ago today. She is present in the U.S. illegally & a flight risk."

Senator Hawley has been actively seeking justice for Travis Wolfe after the judge reduced Bracho's bond. He also criticized the Biden Administration’s border policies, which he believes contributed to this incident.
