In a recent discussion with Wake Up Mid-Missouri, NFIB State Director Brad Jones shared insights from the latest Small Business Economic Trends (SBET) report. The report indicates an increase in uncertainty among small business owners.

Jones explained the challenges faced by these businesses: “When you don’t know six months from now how many people you’re going to have employed, what you’re going to pay them, what your prices on your products are going to be, what you’re going to have to pay for the materials that you need in order to produce – that causes a lot of uncertainty. And uncertainty is the hobgoblin of small business.”
