Greater St. Louis opens nominations for 2026 fellows leadership program

The Fellows Experience, a leadership program run by Greater St. Louis, Inc., is now accepting nominations for its 2026 cohort. The initiative focuses on strengthening the region’s talent pipeline by working with local companies and organizations to support mid- to senior-level professionals.

According to Dr. Trezette Dixon, Vice President of the Fellows Experience, “When we invest in the leadership of people who are already making a difference in St. Louis, we create a ripple effect that reaches every corner of our region.” She added, “The Fellows Experience is a transformative program that gives professionals the space, tools, and network to thrive, not just for themselves, but for the communities and organizations they serve.”

The nine-month program will run from January through September 2026 and will feature in-person sessions at various locations across the St. Louis area. Participants must have support from both their organization and direct supervisor as part of their commitment to professional development and community growth.

Stanyale Riley, Senior Human Resources Analyst with Mercy and a past participant in the program, said, “The Fellows Experience through Greater St. Louis, Inc. has been nothing short of transformative — and absolutely essential,” adding that it exceeds traditional professional development opportunities.

Those selected for the upcoming cohort will join an alumni network of over 1,200 individuals who live and work in the region. These alumni represent a collective involved in policy shaping, innovation efforts, and leadership across different sectors.

Seats are limited to 100 participants for this cohort. Nominations will remain open until all seats are filled. Additional information about the program or how to submit a nomination can be found at https://greaterstlinc.com/Fellows.
