Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has joined a nationwide initiative to combat illegal robocalls targeting state residents. The effort, called “Operation Robocall Roundup,” is coordinated by the Anti-Robocall Litigation Task Force and involves 51 attorneys general from across the country.

Attorney General Bailey stated, “Missourians are fed up with the relentless onslaught of robocalls. My Office is committed to holding bad actors accountable and protecting Missouri consumers from fraud and harassment. We’re putting telecom companies on notice – if you help criminals reach our citizens, we will take action.”

The campaign focuses on 37 voice service providers that have not met requirements set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). These companies failed to respond to government traceback requests, did not register in the FCC’s Robocall Mitigation Database, or neglected to submit mitigation plans outlining how they would prevent illegal robocalls on their networks. As a result, these companies are accused of allowing scammers access to Missourians and transmitting fraudulent calls through other providers.

More than 100 additional downstream providers have also been notified as part of this operation. These companies are being informed that they are conducting business with providers who violate federal rules regarding robocall mitigation.

The FCC is taking further action by planning to remove seven of these targeted providers from its Robocall Mitigation Database. Once removed, other telecom companies will be barred from accepting or routing calls from those networks, effectively stopping their ability to contact consumers.

The list of voice service providers receiving warning letters includes Advantage Investors LLC, Alpha Stream, Ananya Traders LLC, Ariyan Khan, BBT Voice Private Limited, Belthrough, BPO VoIP, Collection 3 LLC, Communications and Telephone Systems Co., Dial Vista Corp., DigitalOcean LLC, Dtel Network LLC, End Zone Financial Services, EON Telecom Inc., Family Communication Inc., Fiber Flux VOIP, First Tele Communications Inc., Flow VOIP LLC, Globe Tech Solutions, Higher Response Marketing Inc., HK KwaiFong Group Limited, Infinity SIP LLC, Lexico Telecom LTD / Lextel LTD, Mexico IP Phones LLC, Nexusphere VOIP LLC, Pleedex LLC, Quantum Link VOIP LLC, Ringnition, SK Teleco LLC, SkyPulse VOIP, Stacy Newsome LNCC LCC, Telnextrix LLC, Terra Voip, TheVisionConnect,Tiera Enterprises LLC,VoiP Torque, and Whisl Telecom LLC / Telconus / Telcon US / Telcon Voice.
