A Missouri Lottery player experienced a significant win with the new "MONOPOLY Doubler" Scratchers ticket at Casey's located at 1601 E. Broadway Blvd., in Sedalia. The player's decision to try her luck resulted in a $100,000 prize.

Upon scratching the ticket, she quickly realized it contained multiple large prizes. She recounted her initial reaction: "At first I thought, ‘Is this right?’ I was flabbergasted when I saw the first prize was $20,000!"

As she continued to reveal more spots on the ticket, the total prize amount increased until she reached one of the game's top prizes of $100,000.

The "MONOPOLY Doubler" Scratchers game launched on February 24 and has already seen players claim over $585,000 in prizes. More than $13.6 million in prizes remain available, including four additional top prizes of $100,000 and three $20,000 prizes.

In fiscal year 2024 (FY24), Pettis County players won over $9.6 million from Missouri Lottery games. Retailers earned more than $870,000 through commissions and bonuses while lottery proceeds contributed over $800,000 to local education programs.
