Local crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will conduct pavement repairs on westbound Interstate 44 in Laclede County. The right lane at mile marker 138.5 will be closed on January 28, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The schedule for this work is weather-dependent and may change accordingly.
MoDOT advises motorists to "work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones." They emphasize the importance of using extra caution through work zones and avoiding distractions.
