A Springfield, Missouri man has been sentenced to 50 years in federal prison for sexually exploiting two minors. Yevgeniy Dudko, 53, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool and will not be eligible for parole. Following his incarceration, Dudko will be subject to a lifetime of supervised release and must register as a sex offender under both federal and state laws.

Dudko was convicted on March 20, 2025, after a bench trial found him guilty of two counts of using minors—identified in court documents as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2—to produce child pornography between November 20, 2021, and March 14, 2023. He was also found guilty of one count of receiving and distributing child pornography.

Investigators discovered about 1,000 images and videos created by Dudko involving the two victims.

"This case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Ami Harshad Miller," according to the press release. "It was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, the Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force, and the Greene County, Mo., Sheriff’s Department."

The prosecution was part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 to address child sexual exploitation and abuse. The program brings together federal, state, and local resources to find offenders who exploit children and to identify victims.
