Senate confirms four federal district court judges from Missouri

U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) has welcomed the Senate’s confirmation of four nominees to serve as federal district court judges in Missouri. The confirmations fill key judicial roles in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.

“Today is a big day for Missouri as we confirm the last of our four outstanding district court judges to the federal bench,” said Senator Hawley. “These incredible individuals will uphold the Constitution and the rule of law in Missouri. Missourians are grateful to President Trump for putting constitutionalist judges on the bench.”

The confirmed nominees are Joshua M. Divine, who will serve as United States District Judge for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri; Maria A. Lanahan, Zachary M. Bluestone, and Cristian M. Stevens, each appointed as United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Senator Hawley delivered a floor speech supporting these nominations.
