The company employs about 80 people and 40 contractors, offering a range of services from property management to construction and development, contributing to the area's revitalization.

The notable efforts of the Garcia family are recognized for their role in supporting local economic growth. "It's the community's support of those operating businesses that have then allowed us to take some money that we do make and take on these real estate development projects," said Berto Garcia. This focus on renewal along the South Kingshighway corridor is a result of the family's commitment and vision.
