Missouri Department of Revenue - Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

Local Government

Individuals seeking to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), upgrade or certain endorsements for the first time, must now complete an Entry-Level Driver Training program from a registered provider.
