Census Bureau: More women than men in Missouri in 2020

Of the 6,124,160 people living in Missouri in 2020, 50.9 percent (3,120,159) were women and 49.1 percent (3,004,001) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Show-Me State Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 28,085. In the 65 and over age range, there were 577,216 females and 456,168 males.
