Census Bureau: 77.5 percent of people in Missouri were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 6,124,160 citizens living in Missouri in 2020, 4,744,737 were old enough to vote as of April 13, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 2,446,935 of those people were female and 2,297,802 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
