The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St. Louis rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 92.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 – a 9.9% increase over the $159,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,557 homes sold in St. Louis in the third quarter of 2020.
