Ten University of Central Missouri Jennies bowling student-athletes were recognized on April 13 for earning National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association (NCBCA) Collegiate Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2025-26 season.

The awards highlight academic achievement among student-athletes in collegiate bowling. Recipients must maintain a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50 to qualify for the honor.

Haylee Bates, Alex Beals, Camryn Cramer, Meghan Fowlie, Bailey Kinkelaar, Sydney Lee, Megan Lelli, Carie Mascarello, Giana Nichols and Elizabeth Poling all met this standard and received the distinction from the NCBCA.

In addition to their academic recognition, the Jennies are preparing to compete at the Intercollegiate Team Championships (ITC) Nationals in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The tournament is scheduled from Thursday, April 16 through Saturday, April 18.

The combination of athletic competition and academic success reflects ongoing efforts by Central Missouri’s bowling program to support student achievement both on and off the lanes.
