Registration is now open for the 51st Missouri Governor’s Conference on Agriculture, set to take place on November 12-13, 2025, at the Wyndham Executive Center in Columbia, Missouri. Governor Mike Kehoe expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, "As a first-generation farmer and proud supporter of our state’s top economic driver, I look forward to joining agriculture partners from across the state in Columbia for this conference." He emphasized that a key focus of his administration is creating opportunities to add value to agricultural products grown and raised in Missouri.

The conference will feature a range of activities including a commodity outlook, an awards luncheon, and presentations by nationally recognized speakers. The popular Best of Missouri Grown reception is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12. Chris Chinn, Director of Agriculture, highlighted the importance of the event by saying, "A tremendous speaker lineup will offer valuable information for farmers, ranchers and agribusiness owners. We look forward to welcoming producers from across Missouri."

The Missouri Agriculture Awards will recognize two individuals who have made significant contributions to agriculture education and food animal veterinary medicine in the state. Nominations are open until September 30 and can be submitted at Agriculture.Mo.Gov/awards.

Media representatives planning to cover the conference should contact Christi Miller at Christi.miller@mda.mo.gov or (573) 751-4211 for further details and media registration. Additional information about the Missouri Department Of Agriculture can be found on their website at Agriculture.Mo.Gov.
