A Missouri Lottery player recently experienced a significant win with the “$250 Million Extravaganza” Scratchers ticket, securing one of the $50,000 prizes. The winning ticket was bought at Stop and Shop located at 2587 N. Range Line Road in Webb City.
“I had to double-check it multiple times,” the winner shared. “One prize spot right in the middle of the ticket was 50 times $1,000!”
Since its launch on May 27, players of the “$250 Million Extravaganza” have claimed over $5.7 million in prizes from this $50 game. However, there remains more than $261.4 million in unclaimed prizes, including all three top prizes of $5 million, three prizes of $1 million each, and 48 additional prizes of $50,000.
In fiscal year 2024 (FY24), players from Jasper County won over $15 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Additionally, retailers received upwards of $1.4 million in commissions and bonuses while more than $3.5 million from Lottery proceeds supported education programs within the county.
