Just days after the "JAWS" Scratchers game launched in Missouri, a player has claimed one of the three $100,000 top prizes. The winning ticket was bought at Royals Liquor located at 6404 Gravois Ave. in St. Louis. The winner collected their prize at the Missouri Lottery's St. Louis regional office on June 5.

Since its release on May 27, players have won over $1.8 million in prizes from the $5 "JAWS" game. More than $6.7 million in prizes are still available, including two more $100,000 top prizes and three $20,000 prizes.

In fiscal year 2024, players in St. Louis County received over $200.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers earned more than $19.4 million through commissions and bonuses, while education programs benefited from more than $161.2 million in lottery proceeds.
