A Missouri Lottery player recently won a $273,000 Show Me Cash jackpot after a retail clerk informed her that her ticket matched all five numbers in the May 24 drawing. The winning numbers were 7, 13, 26, 29, and 38.

The winner recounted her experience: "We stopped at a convenience store while out of town, and I had the tickets with me." She expressed disbelief when the clerk told her, "You Won!!!" Reflecting on the moment she claimed her prize at Lottery Headquarters on May 27, she said, "We were just shocked! It still doesn’t seem real!"

The ticket was purchased at Mr. G’s Liquor located at 306 W. Buchanan St. in California as part of a JackPack. This package includes one Quick Pick ticket for each of the Missouri Lottery's jackpot games: Powerball, Mega Millions, Lotto, and Show Me Cash.

Show Me Cash drawings occur daily at 8:59 p.m., with jackpots starting at $50,000 and increasing until someone wins. Following this recent win, the jackpot has reset to $50,000.

In fiscal year 2024 (FY24), Moniteau County players won over $2.5 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $243,000 in commissions and bonuses from these sales. Additionally, over $91,000 from lottery proceeds supported education programs within the county.
