While browsing lottery tickets at On The Run in Rolla, a Missouri Lottery player decided to try his luck with a "$100,000 Cash Craze" ticket. This choice was made after discovering that the store did not have his preferred ticket.

"They actually didn’t have the ticket I wanted, so I got this one instead," the winner shared.

Initially believing he had won $2,000, the player was surprised to find out he had actually won $100,000 upon completing the game.

"When I realized I had won $100,000, it was unbelievable!" he expressed.

Since its launch on December 30th, players of "$100,000 Cash Craze" have claimed over $5.9 million in prizes. Currently, there are more than $9 million in unclaimed prizes remaining for this game, including two top prizes of $100,000.

In Phelps County during FY24, lottery ticket purchasers won over $8.6 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers earned more than $843,000 through commissions and bonuses. Additionally, education programs in the county benefited from more than $1.7 million in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
