A Missouri Lottery player claimed a $50,000 Powerball Double Play prize at the St. Louis regional office on February 7. The winning ticket was purchased at Sam’s Market located at 1280 Highway 100 in Pacific.

Double Play is an additional feature for Powerball that allows players' numbers to be entered into a second drawing held after the main Powerball draw. For the November 23 Double Play drawing, the winning numbers were 36, 40, 41, 50, and 60 with a Powerball number of 13. The winner's ticket matched four out of five white-ball numbers and the Powerball number.

Powerball is a multi-state draw game with drawings conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m.

In Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24), players in Franklin County won over $24.6 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers earned more than $2.1 million in commissions and bonuses from lottery sales, while more than $5.9 million from lottery proceeds were allocated to education programs within the county.
