Motorists in west St. Louis County should prepare for potential delays on Interstate 270 this weekend. The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced that, weather permitting, the ramp from Ladue Road to northbound I-270 will be closed on Saturday, February 15, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This closure is necessary to replace overhead message board signs. Additionally, one lane of northbound I-270 just north of Ladue Road will also be closed from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

For those seeking real-time updates on roadway weather conditions and traffic, resources are available at http://traveler.modot.org/map and Welcome to Gateway Guide! | Missouri Department of Transportation (modot.org). The department advises that all scheduled work is subject to change due to weather conditions.

Ongoing closures throughout the region include multiple lanes on I-55 in St. Louis City and Jefferson County, as well as narrowed lanes on I-270 in St. Louis County between I-64 and Olive through late 2025. Various other routes across the counties are also experiencing lane shifts or closures.

The list of daily road closures begins with Thursday, February 13, where motorists can expect several closures including:

- One eastbound lane closed on the ramp from I-44 to northbound I-55.

- One westbound lane closed from I-44 at Jefferson.

- A northbound lane closure just north of Manchester on I-270.

Similar closures continue throughout the week until Wednesday, February 19.

For more detailed information about specific daily road closures across different routes and counties, residents are encouraged to check official sources provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation.
