The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is set to replace the bridge on northbound U.S. Route 67 over Otter Creek in Wayne County. The construction site is located between County Road 547 and County Road 546.

Construction is scheduled to start as early as July 2025 and will last approximately four months. During this period, northbound traffic will be rerouted to a head-to-head configuration on the southbound bridge. This setup will maintain one lane of traffic in each direction near the bridge, although short-term closures are expected during traffic shifts.

Maps, plans, and additional information prepared by MoDOT can be accessed at their Sikeston District office at 2675 N. Main St., Sikeston, Missouri.

For those needing assistance in another language, MoDOT Project Manager Chris Crocker can be contacted at (573) 472-9033 by February 20, 2025.
