The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has announced the opening of a new roundabout in the southeast section of the I-55/US 67 interchange in Jefferson County. The roundabout will be accessible to northbound US Route 67 traffic and vehicles exiting northbound on I-55, continuing onto northbound US 67.
The new traffic configuration is set to be operational starting Wednesday, January 29 at 3 p.m. Drivers using the Festus exit (Exit 174) from northbound I-55 to travel on northbound US 67 will navigate through this newly constructed roundabout. Meanwhile, those traveling from northbound I-55 to southbound US 67 are instructed to continue using the existing loop ramp located in the northeast quadrant.
