Today, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) released a statement following a judge's decision to reduce the bond of Endrina Bracho, an undocumented immigrant charged with the death of 12-year-old Travis Wolfe in Missouri.

"Illegal alien Endrina Bracho killed 12-year-old Travis Wolfe while driving w/o a license, in the wrong lane, 35 miles per hour over the limit. Now a judge has reduced her bond. This is wrong. She belongs in jail, not on Missouri streets," Senator Hawley wrote.

Two weeks ago, Senator Hawley demanded that Bracho’s cash bond not be reduced in response to news of a possible bond reduction hearing in her case.
