The final defendant in a methamphetamine distribution ring in the St. Louis area, Dedrick Deshon Jordan, has been sentenced to 235 months in prison by U.S. District Judge District Court Judge Ronnie L. White. Jordan, along with 14 other defendants, pleaded guilty in the case.

According to plea agreements, Jordan, Terry James Williams, Clifford Dwight Davis Jr., and Maria D. Flores-Cervantes were connected to the source of supply in the Los Angeles area. Jordan, along with Joseph Robert Holliman, was primarily responsible for arranging the supply of meth, which was distributed through various means. Brendon Darnell Thomas supplied the drug to street-level dealers. The defendants used multiple residences to receive and store drugs and cash proceeds from sales.

The investigation, led by agencies including the Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security Investigations, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, resulted in the seizure of over 15 kilograms of meth. In 2020, interceptions by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service led to the confiscation of nearly 1.3 kilograms of meth and 8.9 kilograms of marijuana. During a stop in Phelps County, Missouri, Davis and Flores-Cervantes were found with a significant amount of meth and heroin.

Searches of the defendants' residences uncovered large amounts of cash, drugs, firearms, and other paraphernalia. Thomas was sentenced to 210 months, Holliman to 84 months, Williams to 120 months, and Davis to 45 months.

A collaborative effort by multiple law enforcement agencies, including the DEA, HSI, and U.S. Marshals Service, led to the successful prosecution of the case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul D’Agrosa handled the prosecution.
