Missouri Department of Revenue - Documents for Driver License, Nondriver ID, and Instruction Permit

Under Missouri’s voter ID law, registered voters must present a photo ID to cast a regular ballot. If you do not possess an acceptable form of ID, you may request a free nondriver ID for voting purposes at any Missouri license office. To obtain a nondriver ID, you must provide documents for each of the following categories:

- Identity

- Lawful Status

- Social Security Number

- MO Residency
