Lake St. Louis home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Lake St. Louis fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Lake St. Louis in the first half of 2019.
