St. Peters home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in St. Peters rose by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 588 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 633 homes sold in St. Peters in the first half of 2019.
