Dardenne Prairie home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Dardenne Prairie fell by $7,900 while total sales increased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $299,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Dardenne Prairie in the second quarter of 2018.
