Lake St. Louis home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lake St. Louis fell by $17,300 while total sales increased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,450 - a 7.2% decrease over the $241,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Lake St. Louis in the second quarter of 2017.
