The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lake St. Louis rose by $37,999 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,999 - a 17.9% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lake St. Louis in March 2016.
