St. Paul home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in St. Paul fell by $55,750 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 22.2% decrease over the $250,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Paul in July 2016.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,877, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
