St. Louis Blues sign Arseni Koromyslov to two-year entry-level contract

The St. Louis Blues announced on Apr. 15 that defenseman Arseni Koromyslov has signed a two-year, two-way entry-level contract with the team, set to begin in the 2026-27 season.

This signing brings a new player to the Blues’ roster and adds depth to their defensive lineup for upcoming seasons.

According to President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong, Koromyslov played in 61 regular-season games with Traktor Chelyabinsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) during the most recent season, where he recorded one goal and sixteen assists for a total of seventeen points, along with forty penalty minutes. He also appeared in five playoff games and registered one assist.

Koromyslov is from Moskva, Russia and has participated in six KHL seasons overall. Over his career in the league so far, he has played in 158 regular-season games and accumulated thirty-two points through four goals and twenty-eight assists as well as sixty-eight penalty minutes.

He was selected by St. Louis in the fourth round as pick number 120 overall during the 2022 National Hockey League Draft.
