ST. LOUIS – A 27-year-old man from St. Charles County, Missouri, Tristin M. Davis, has pleaded guilty to charges of child pornography and enticement involving minors. Davis admitted to engaging in online sexual activity with three teenagers across the country, leading to a minimum of 15 years in prison.

According to reports, Davis faced six counts, including coercion and enticement of a minor, as well as receipt of child pornography. He initially deceived the victims about his age, communicating with a 14-year-old girl in New York, a 16-year-old in Connecticut, and a 15-year-old in Tennessee. Davis utilized different screen names, “muffinman130020” and “bacontaxi,” during these interactions.

The investigation into Davis was conducted jointly by the St. Charles County Police Department and the FBI. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jillian Anderson is prosecuting the case, which is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Davis is set to be sentenced on July 19, with the coercion and enticement charge carrying a minimum prison term of 10 years and a maximum of life. The receipt of child pornography charges could result in a sentence ranging from five to 20 years in prison.

The case serves as a reminder of the ongoing efforts to address child exploitation, especially in the digital realm.
