The Polk County Sheriff’s Office reported on May 1 a series of jail bookings and law enforcement activities, including the arrest of a 78-year-old male from Flemington, Missouri, who was booked on a 24-hour investigative hold for child kidnapping. Additionally, Alexander Hobart, age 33 from Fulton, Missouri, was booked on a writ. A 46-year-old female from Dunnegan, Missouri, was also booked and released for driving while revoked or suspended.

The report outlines multiple traffic stops conducted by deputies at various locations such as Highway 13 at Highway 215 in Brighton; Highway PP at East 370th Road in Bolivar; Highway 13 at East 412th Road in Bolivar; South 107th Road at West Aldrich Road in Bolivar; and Highway 13 at Highway B in Bolivar.

Deputies responded to several calls throughout the county. These included an agency assist in the 300 block of South Pike Avenue in Bolivar and trespassing calls at both the 1000 block of East 415th Road in Bolivar and the 100 block of East 510th Road in Aldrich. Other responses included property damage on the 4800 block of South 135th Road in Bolivar; reports of gunshots fired on the 4900 block of Highway123 in Aldrich; a domestic physical incident on the100 block of East508thRoadinAldrich; well-being checksat200blockofEastMillStreetinHumansvilleand900blockofHighwayT,Bolivar;a juvenile complaintinthe3700blockofHighwayOinHumansville;
and two stolen vehicle reports—oneon219SouthMainAvenueinBolivaranotheronthe3600blockofSouth47thRoadinHumansville.
