The University of Central Missouri Jennies Bowling team concluded its 2025-26 season on April 17 in the fourth round of the United States Bowling Congress Intercollegiate Team Championships held at The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The event marked the end of a competitive year for the No. 24-ranked Jennies, who secured their spot as the number nine seed during Thursday’s qualifying rounds. Their opening match was against No. 8 seed Duquesne, where they earned a narrow 4-3 victory in a best-of-seven Baker match.

Following this win, Central Missouri faced top-seeded Jacksonville State—the reigning NCAA Women’s Bowling National Champion—in the second round but lost by a score of 4-0. This result placed them into the elimination bracket, where they were matched with No. 13 seed SCAD Savannah on Friday morning and were defeated, ending their tournament run with a score of 4.5-0.5.

Despite exiting before the finals, Central Missouri wrapped up its season with nine top ten finishes and captured the VUU Collegiate Invitational Championship title in November. The team’s appearance at this year’s ITC Championships marks its seventeenth time reaching this stage in program history.

Looking ahead, Central Missouri will aim to build on this experience for future seasons as it continues to compete among collegiate bowling’s national contenders.
